A tasty blend of blueberry, pineapple and spinach to sneak in your greens without drinking something green!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cashews or cashew pieces
  • 1 handful or cup spinach
  • 1/2 medium ripe avocado (or one whole small avocado)
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Optional

  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  2. Blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
