Description
An egg free dump ranch recipe that is dairy free, gluten free, vegan and simple to prepare. Great for dipping or over a salad.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup aquafaba*
- 3/4 cup avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar or blending container of choice.
- Blend, using a hand/immersion blender until you reach a mayo consistency – about 45-60 seconds.
- Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
*Aquafaba is the liquid from a can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans. I generally use the organic can from Trader Joe’s, which is salted. If you use another brand, just make sure the can is BPA free. You can also substitute one whole, large egg.
If you prefer your dressing more thin, you can add up to 1/4 cup water or unsweetened, canned coconut milk.
