This cashew milk recipe is an easy dairy free milk that comes together instantly without straining or soaking.


  • 1 cup cashews
  • 4 cups water


  1. Add water and cashews to high speed blender and blend on high for one minute.


If you don’t have a high speed blender, soak your cashews for two hours. Then drain and rinse before using. You may also need a nut milk bag to strain the pulp.

The milk may be a little on the warm side after blending, so if you need it cold, plan to refrigerate for a little bit.
